We only use sterling silver or 14K yellow gold filled hardware (except for a few clip on earrings in silver and gold plated). All clasps are lobsterclaws, which work much better and cost 5 - 10 times that of spring rings. Sterling silver, by definition is .925% pure silver with the remainder a base material. We try very diligently to purchase only nickle free products too. What is gold filled? Gold filled is 5% 14K gold and is maufactured in a way that will last a lifetime with the exact same finish as anyother 14K product.
6. We know how difficult it is to compare items, so we have listed
the weight of each sterling silver item so you can tell what you
are getting. We try to give you the best pictures possible so that
you can feel like you have held the items. We do not want you to
be disappointed by receiving an item that is less impressive than
you had anticipated.
7. Your satisfaction is 100% guaranteed, so that if your purchase
does not live you to your expectations in every way, we will take
it back with no further explanation needed, and immediately give
you a full refund. Unfortunately we cannot take back items that you had engraved or embroidered, and some hand made jewelry. We have noted on the pages of the jewelry that it is not returnable. This specifically applies to items made using beading chain. If we make a set using this chain, it completely destroys the piece to take it apart. We are happy to assist your selection and will send free pearl and crystal samples. If you want, we can even send you a sample of a completed item for you to look at prior to buying. We are very confident in the products we make and sell.
8. Want to be sure of an item to be personalized? We will happily
ship you an item prior to personalization so that you can touch
and feel the item and be sure it is exactly what you want. After
you have decided, ship it back, we will personalize all of your
bridesmaids gifts and ship them all to you.
