Silverland Jewelry & Gifts offers a 100% satisfaction guarantee with your purchase. You can
return your purchases for any reason whatsoever if they have not been
personalized or custom made. . We do have a few rules, so please note them:
Shipping and Insurance Costs are non-refundable - unless we made a mistake. This is true whether or not you were charged shipping with your original order. Your order will be refunded less the actual shipping cost.
Returns must be made within 30 days of receipt. Call or email us within the 30 days and we'll be happy. If you are ordering jewelry without the approval option, and decide
to return any items, we ask that you return them within 30 days of
receipt of the merchandise. If for some reason, you need longer, please
contact us and we will consider an extension and notify you promptly.
Of course, to take advantage of the return policy, the item must be
unused and unaltered. You will need to return the items in the original
boxes and with packing materials and invoice. We would appreciate an email or
phone call to let us know that you are returning some or all items you ordered. To be sure
that we receive jewelry being returned, please send your returned merchandise
in a way that you can get verification that we received it, and in
a way that we can work together to verify what happened to the delivery
if necessary.

This includes, but is not limited to, embroidered bags, engraved jewelry and custom made jewelry that you have selected crystal color and pearl color. Clear AB crystals and white pearls are our standard products, if you want a sample to try on with your dress or just to hold and look at, we will send you a sample of clear crystal and white pearl with sample crystals and pearls in your wedding colors. The only charge for samples is for shipping. You will need to place an order and enter you credit information. We will not charge your account until you have made a decision. Read the jewelry inspection policy below for complete details.
Additionally, we will gladly make one sample set of custom jewelry and send it to you for approval. If it is not exactly right, we'll work with you to change crystal and pearl colors, shapes and sizes to get exactly what you want for your wedding. Tell us that you want a sample sent out. We encourage you to go ahead and order everything that you will need so we can get you a place in our production schedule. Then, if you want a sample, we'll make one set, send it to you and make adjustments as necessary. There will be a nominal charge for one change of crystal and/or pearl color. If you are not completely satisfied, you can decide that you only want the one sample order. Before making additional jewelry, we will cheerfully refund any monies charged for items that have not been shipped and cancel the rest of the order.
We cannot make refunds to orders that were made custom to your specifications, but we are very reasonable to work with and will try our best to make you happy.

Jewelry Inspection Policy:
Because we know your wedding day is so important, and your jewelry
is such an integral part of the total look, we want you to be sure
that you have an opportunity to select exactly the right jewelry with
your and your bridesmaids dresses. We would love to send you two or
three standard items to try with your dresses to ensure that you have picked
the right jewelry. You can try on everything together, in the comfort
of your home, and not be pressured to select an outrageously expensive
wedding jewelry set from a bridal shop. We have lots to choose from
and it is difficult to know exactly the right set especially until
you try everything on together.
Additionally, we'll send you samples of crystals and pearls to select the exact perfect colors. There is no charge for these samples!!! Of course, you will have to pay shipping, and we'll send you up to 5 crystals and/or pearls to help make your choice. Do not hesitate to call or email us for a consultation. We have lots of experience that we are happy to share with you to make your selection easier.
So we encourage you to order several items, try them on together
and send back what dosen't work. If you are selecting bridesmaids
jewelry, and find a set that is exactly perfect, let us know which
you want to keep and how many more you need. We will send matching
jewelry in the right quantities, necklace lengths, bracelet lengths
and earring styles. If you want custom colors, just send back the samples and we'll make up your jewelry right away. Custom orders generally take no longer than 2 weeks from the time you know exactly what you want. We will gladly quote you delivery times when you are ready to place your order.
