return your purchases for any reason whatsoever if they have not been
personalized or custom made. Note our store's 5 star rating from our customers. We received this rating by offering a superior product, excellent customer service and being responsive and reasonable with our customers. We want to work with you, not take advantage of you. if you have any questions, just call, chat or email and we'll answer you personally. We are especially happy to let you know ahead of time if an item is returnable.
Shipping Costs are non-refundable - unless we made a mistake. This is true whether or not you were charged shipping with your original order. Your order will be fully refunded less the ACTUAL shipping cost, and only the cost of shipping. If we made a mistake, we'll supply you with a prepaid return label or refund your cost.
Please note that you must request a return authorization number either by calling or emailing. The number must be on the outside of the package. |
Returns must be authorized within 7 days and returned within 14 days of your receipt. Call or email us within the specified time and we will issue a return authorization number. YOU MUST PUT THE RETURN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER ON THE OUTSIDE OF THE PACKAGE, OTHERWISE WE WILL NOT OPEN YOUR RETURN AND SEND IT BACK TO YOU UNOPENED.
Of course, to take advantage of the return policy, the item(s) must be
unused and unaltered. You will need to return the items packed properly with the invoice. To be sure
that we receive returns, please send your returned merchandise
in a way that you/we can get verification that it was shipped and received.
We cannot accept any returns after the wedding date.
Please note that embroidered, engraved and some custom made jewelry is not returnable,
unless the product is defective or we made an error.

We cannot make full refunds on jewelry that was made custom to your specifications (unless you chose sterling silver, 16-inch or 18-inch necklace, standard 7-inch bracelet in white or light creamrose (ivory) pearls and/or clear crystal or AB crystal). Sometimes we can remake your jewelry, change crystal colors or add additional features. There will be a additional charge. If you simply cannot use the custom product, we will consider a restocking fee. The fee is a minimum of 25% and applies only if we can take the item apart and restock the pieces.
Upgraded boxes are non-returnable and non-refundable.
All items made using 14K Gold filled are considered custom.
There are items, like Camilla, Amanda and Kristin, that once made cannot be remade or taken apart. This is because of the construction of the necklaces and bracelets. We crimp the pearls or crystals in place on a delicate chain. It would completely destroy the piece to try to take it apart. We have noted on the pages that you can purchase these items that these are not returnable once made in custom colors. White and Light Creamrose pearls and clear crystal and crystal AB are not custom and are returnable and fully refundable if made in 16 or 18 inch lengths in sterling silver. However, if you choose other colors of crystals and pearls, we cannot refund your purchase. If you have any question about the returnablility of an item, we suggest you call or email for clarification prior to purchase. We do have experts on hand to answer your questions during all published store hours.

Jewelry Inspection Policy:
Because we know your wedding day is so important, and your jewelry
is such an integral part of the total look, we want you to be sure
that you have an opportunity to select exactly the right jewelry with
your and your bridesmaids dresses. We would love to send you several standard items to try with your dress (up to 3 sets). This will allow you to try on everything together, in the comfort
of your home (or at your fitting), and not be pressured to select
wedding jewelry from the bridal shop. We have lots to choose from and are happy to send you several sets to try on.
Ordering Jewelry For Inspection
If you would like to receive items for inspection, call us during store hours (Monday through Saturday 10am until 7pm eastern time) and let one of our experienced staff help you. We will ship these items to you, your only charge will be for standard shipping fees (normally about $7.75). We will ship items that have already been made from our inventory. This way you can check out sizes, quality and the look.
When you decide what you want,
you can either do nothing (if the jewelry you have is perfect) and we will charge you after 10 days, or
let us know by phone or email that you are returning some
or all items. Simply return any item(s) you do not wish to
keep.
Our jewelry inspection policy applies to one set each of standard jewelry items only, i.e., we can't send 10 sets of one item for inspection, but we will send multiple sets of different styles. The sample jewelry that we send may be in stock sample sets. You won't necessarily be able to order made up jewelry in your colors, but if we happen to have a set already made up in your color, we will send it.. We will send loose samples of crystal and pearl colors that you want to see at the time you order jewelry for inspection. This will help you decide exactly the right color.
You will be charged for the shipping method chosen unless your final order is $99.

SAMPLES
As part of our customer service, we'll send you sample crystals and pearls in the colors you want to see. You can order these from our Samples page. There is no charge for these samples, but there is a modest shipping charge (currently $2.25). If you're ordering jewelry for inspection (or anything else), there is no additional cost for samples.
If you order jewelry and are not completely sure about the color, ask us to send samples of crystals or pearls before we make your sets. This will be done at no charge and your order will be put on the production schedule. This way you won't lose time in getting the exact right color. Just make a note at checkout in the "custom jewelry instructions" box which colors you want and that you are in a hurry. The samples will ship within a day or two and your order will be added to our production schedule. Another big benefit of ordering and then getting samples is that we can help you even more by determining the size and colors you will want to see.
COMPLIMENTARY RUSH SERVICE FOR CUSTOM JEWELRY
Meeting your deadline is of utmost importance to us. Fill out the "Must Receive By Date" on the check out page. We take this date very seriously and will let you know immediately our ability to meet your date (by "Event Date" we mean have your jewelry in your hand). We will not accept an order if we cannot meet your date. We believe this is a joint venture to work toward getting your jewelry in time for your date. We will move your jewelry up in our production schedule, and you may need to pay a bit extra for us to get it to you if you have ordered custom jewelry with less than 2 weeks lead time.
