We make custom jewelry and offer custom engraving
and embroidery
Because engraved and embroidered items cannot be returned,
we encourage you to contact us for advice about your engraving if you
have any question at all. We will be happy to discuss any engraving
questions and make recommendations.
If you don't see exactly what you want,
we'll work with you to get it. Call or email and the real people in
our shop will help you with your questions.#
Definition - Initials and Monogram
There can be confusion on the difference between initials and
a monogram. Please read the information below carefully so that
we can meet your expectations.
INITIIALS:
Initials abbreviate a full name in the standard
order of first, middle, and last name. For example, Franklin Delano
Roosevelt's initials would be  . We will assume that all initials entered are in the correct
format: First-Middle-Last whenever initial style is selected.
MONOGRAM:
A monogram is where the first letter of the last
name is placed in the center and made larger than the other two
letters. In this way, Franklin Delano Roosevelt's monogram would
be  . When
you select an engraving style “Monogram” the last
initial is in the center. We will assume that all initials
entered are in the correct format: First-Last-Middle whenever

We make many of the pieces of jewelry that we sell, but not everything.
All of the jewelry we make can be customized especially for you.
We offer pearls, crystals, cz's and silver that can be customized
into just about any set that your heart desires. Any set that we
make can be made with different earring findings, different crystals
or pearls. All you need to do is call or email and we'll get a design
and quote for you.
With the crystal jewelry we make, you have the option of selecting from any of the
current Swarovski crystal colors to match or coordinate
with your wedding colors. Most sets can be customized for no additional charge.
We are willing and able to work with you to get exactly what you want for your
special day. Even if you've seen somethng somewhere else, give us
a chance to make a similar piece for you. Often we can offer a better
price/delivery/quality than you will find at other jewelry stores.
Additionally,we will gladly send you sample jewelry on an approval
basis. Simply order a set or two that you think might work and tell
us that it is on a "10 day inspection." We will send out your jewelry
on inspection and not charge your account until you have a chance

Ordering Jewelry For Inspection
If you would like to receive items for inspection, just note at checkout
that you want to receive an item "10 Day Free Inspection."
We will ship these items to you and not charge your account until
you have had time to make a decision. When you decide what works best,
you can either do nothing and we will charge you after 10 days, or
let us know by either phone call or email that you are returning some
or all items. Simply send any item(s) back that you do now wish to
keep. If you keep them items longer than 10 days without notifying
us, we will assume that your intention is to keep the jewelry.
Our jewelry inspection policy applies to standard jewelry items only. All standard models of crystal and pearl jewelry items are clear AB crystals and white pearls. We will send loose samples of other crystal and pearl colors at the time you order jewelry for inspection. This will help you decide the exact right color.

There is no charge for samples of 5 crystals, crystal pearls and/or freshwater pearls, all you pay is $1.75 shipping. You can order these samples right here. If you want samples of Akoya pearls, they will be charged to you at their actual value until you return them.
When you know exactly the color crystal, style and/or type pearl you want, we'll start making your jewelry.
Let us know when you need your custom jewelry, and we will establish a definite delivery schedule. Most of the time we can have your jewelry made within one to two weeks. Keep in mind if you need something quickly, you must let us know and we will tell you if it is feasible. Shortened delivery times may require that your jewelry be shipped with special handling such as express or overnight delivery. Of course expedited delivery charges are higher. We can discuss every detail of the process with you when you are ready. |
