We make many of the pieces of jewelry that we sell, but not everything. Custom Jewelry is Not Returnable so we will work with you prior to customizing an order if you request.. We send free samples and/or we cansend jewelry for inspection. If you have received custom jewelry that you aren't happy with, sometimes, we can restock the item with a minimumf 25% restocking fee. To us, restocking means that we take apart the item and reuse the pieces. This is why the expense.
All of the jewelry we make can be customized especially for you.
We offer pearls, crystals, cz's and silver that can be customized
into just about any set that your heart desires. Any set that we
make can be made with different earring findings, different crystals
or pearls. All you need to do is call or email and we'll get a design
and quote for you.
With the crystal jewelry we make, you have the option of selecting from any of the
current Swarovski crystal colors to match or coordinate
with your wedding colors. Most sets can be customized for no additional charge.
We are willing and able to work with you to get exactly what you want for your
special day. Even if you've seen somethng somewhere else, give us
a chance to make a similar piece for you. Often we can offer a better
price/delivery/quality than you will find at other jewelry stores.
COMPLIMENTARY RUSH SERVICE FOR CUSTOM JEWELRY
Meeting your deadline is of utmost importance to us. Fill out the "Event Date" on the check out page. We take this date very seriously and will let you know immediately our ability to meet your date (by "Event Date" we mean have your jewelry in your hand). We will not accept an order if we cannot meet your date. We believe this is a joint venture to work toward getting your jewelry in time for your date. We will move your jewelry up in our production schedule, and you may need to pay a bit extra for us to get it to you if you have ordered custom jewelry with less than 2 weeks lead time.
Additionally,we will gladly send you sample jewelry on an approval
basis. Simply order a set or two that you think might work and tell
us that it is on a "10 day inspection." We will send out your jewelry
on inspection and not charge your account until you have a chance

Ordering Jewelry For Inspection
If you would like to receive items for inspection, just note at checkout
that you want to receive an item "10 Day Free Inspection."
We will ship these items to you and not charge your account until
you have had time to make a decision. When you decide what works best,
you can either do nothing and we will charge you after 10 days, or
let us know by either phone call or email that you are returning some
or all items. Simply send any item(s) back that you do now wish to
keep. If you keep them items longer than 10 days without notifying
us, we will assume that your intention is to keep the jewelry.
Our jewelry inspection policy applies to standard jewelry items only. All standard models of crystal and pearl jewelry items are clear AB crystals and white pearls. We will send loose samples of other crystal and pearl colors at the time you order jewelry for inspection. This will help you decide the exact right color.
You will be charged for the shipping method you select. Shipping will be waived if your final order (after samples are returned) is more than $99

There is no charge for samples of 5 crystals, crystal pearls and/or freshwater pearls, all you pay is $2.25 shipping. You can order these samples right here. If you want samples of Akoya pearls, they will be charged to you at their actual value until you return them. At checkout be sure to select first class mail Samples Only to receive this low shipping cost.
When you know exactly the color crystal, style and/or type pearl you want, we'll start making your jewelry.
Let us know when you need your custom jewelry, and we will establish a definite delivery schedule. Most of the time we can have your jewelry made within one to two weeks. Keep in mind if you need something quickly, you must let us know and we will tell you if it is feasible. Shortened delivery times may require that your jewelry be shipped with special handling such as express or overnight delivery. Of course expedited delivery charges are higher. We can discuss every detail of the process with you when you are ready. |
