Custom Jewelry - Rush Order

There is a charge is for an order with custom made jewelry that must be completed and shipped to you in less than 10 days from our receipt of your order. The charge is $15 for 5 - 9 Days and $30 for 1 - 4 days.

This charge is for us to make room in our production schedule for us to make your custom jewelry. (Actually, ordering this will move you ahead of others in our production line.)

Without adding this fee, we cannot guarantee that your order will be made and shipped in less than 10 days from your order date. We will email you that we accept your jewelry order within the timeframe you specify and that we will meet your required delivery date. Please be reasonable in your requests. If you need the jewelry shipped in 3 days, please ask for 3 days, not 1. We do get very, very busy in peak season.

However, you also must take note that we cannot be held responsible for the carrier. Once we deliver your order to the carrier of your choice, packaged and with the correct delivery method and address, etc., we have met our obligation to you. It is then the responsibility of the carrier (UPS/USPS/FED-EX) to make the delivery within the time frame you specified.

We are happy to work with you on the shipping method to help ensure delivery at the most economical method when rush services are required. Please be sure to ask.
